Includes everything from my standard On-the-Day service, offering complete wedding day management. Providing comprehensive supplier management, timeline adherence, guest care & troubleshooting- so your day runs seamlessly.

Master Schedule Creation

Creation of a detailed, logistical plan, coordinating all supplier arrivals & departures, technical setups, catering deliveries, & key moments, for seamless flow across the whole celebration.

Day-Before Set-Up & Styling Support

ands-on, on-site presence the day before your wedding to oversee supplier deliveries, position furniture, manage styling elements, & support the set-up of your venue, so you can spend the eve of your wedding relaxing with loved ones.

Marquee & Venue Breakdown Management

Post-wedding pack-down & breakdown oversight to handle clearance logistics, return hire items & liaise with suppliers, ensuring you & your families can enjoy the morning after without lifting a finger.

Final investment is tailored to venue location, guest count, and specific logistical complexities.

Additional multi-day support or extended hours can be integrated upon request.
