Expert Project Management

A marquee wedding at home is essentially a multi-day construction project. This is where my project management experience becomes your greatest asset.

Beyond the aesthetic, I manage the "engine room":

• The Build: Coordinating marquee crews, power, and lighting on your own land.
• The Team: Proposing hand-selected suppliers who I know and trust to work in private spaces.
• The Timeline: Creating a robust schedule that accounts for every technical and emotional milestone of the day.

The Lead-Up: Protecting Your Peace

In the final 1-2 months, the logistics move into high gear. This is particularly important for weddings later in life or second marriages, where you may have busy professional lives or family commitments. My role is to handle the "wedmin" so you can simply enjoy being the hosts. I’ll finalize the master schedule and coordinate with every supplier, allowing you to exhale and enjoy the anticipation.

The Day Itself

When your wedding week arrives, I am on-site to oversee the marquee build and the installation. On the day itself, I am the first to arrive and the last to leave.
